consecrated in a Chinese temple in Thailand.

This amulet shows on one side an image of Guan Yin with a thousand arms on a dragon and on the other Guan Yin lying down.
The Thai inscription on this amulet reads Phra Mae Guan Yin Mahapoteesat Saweesuk.
The exact temple of origin of this amulet is unknown.
