On the back are the animals of the Chinese zodiac and another simplified image.

This amulet was consecrated in 2008 at Wat Mahatat Worawiharn
(Nakhon Sri Thammarat).

from sacred land and relics from Bodh Gaya.
It can therefore be used to charge/consecrate a Buddha statue.
