Ancient Phra Somdej amulet from Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen, in Bangkok, from the National Memorial series consecrated in 1994. This amulet, made of sacred white powder, depicts the meditating Buddha in the simple and luminous style associated with the famous Wat Pak Nam amulets.

This series was consecrated by Phra Ratchapromtheera, Veera Khantamo, head Vipassana meditation master and deputy abbot of Wat Pak Nam. A direct disciple of Luang Pho Sodh, he has mastered the Dhammakaya meditation method since his ordination and resides in the same monastic kuti as his master. He is also known for having consecrated the powder amulets of Wat Pak Nam from series 4 to 7.

During the consecration ceremony, the most venerable Phra Khun Ma Boonruen of Wat Awut Wikasitharam was also present, further enhancing the spiritual value of this amulet.
