An anecdote tells that the Very Venerable Luang Phor Mee would have on several occasions made the following demonstration: take two identical sheets of metal, trace this Yant inside one of the sheets, then ask disciples to attack them heartily with a sledgehammer. The ordinary sheet metal did not last long, but the one bearing the yant resisted all the blows.
