Rare Phra Somdej Wat Paknam Amulet – Roon 5 (1984)

🙏🏽 This Phra Somdej amulet from the famous Wat Paknam belongs to the fifth edition (Roon 5 from 1984), recognized for its widespread distribution in the 1980s and its direct link to the Dhammakaya tradition and the teachings of the Most Venerable Luang Phor Sodh Candasaro.

It depicts the Buddha in a meditative posture, in the characteristic Wat Paknam style. The soft, slightly melted relief, as well as the granular texture of the sacred material, attest to a semi-traditional manufacturing process specific to this series.

The reverse side features raised inscriptions, associated with the blessings and teachings of the Tripitaka, reinforcing the spiritual and contemplative dimension of this piece. A drying crack is visible on the back of this amulet, and sacred concretions are visible on the front.

This amulet is preserved in an old protective shell, which indicates a usage oriented towards meditation and personal practice rather than wearing as a pendant. This type of protection helps preserve the integrity of the sacred powder and amplify its ritual use.
