Small Thai amulet depicting the Phra Naphok Buddha, meaning the Buddha protected by the king of Nagas. In Thailand, this Buddha is the protector of those born on a Saturday. This rare piece is a first edition consecrated at Wat Phra That Chom Mon, in Mae Hong Son province.
The amulet has a traditional teardrop shape, with the Buddha sitting in meditation under the protection of the Naga. Its clear and slightly marbled material gives it an ancient, soft and spiritual appearance.
This sacred representation evokes protection, inner stability, and the peaceful strength of the Buddha remaining motionless in the face of trials.
